GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A man charged earlier this week with a woman’s 2023 murder now faces additional charges in another Greenville County case.
Robert Voorhees is facing five new charges related to a September 2022 attack:
- First degree criminal sexual conduct
- Kidnapping
- Possession of a weapon during a violent crime
- Possession of a firearm or ammunition by a convicted felon
- Assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature
Warrants filed Wednesday show Voorhees kidnapped a woman and held her inside a vehicle, preventing her from getting away.
