SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – The Planetarium Learning Center has officially opened its doors at the Spartanburg Public Libraries Headquarters.
Leaders said, after more than two years of planning and construction, the center features a 50-foot domed planetarium theatre and the Kitty Black Perkins Makers Lab.
The theatre is fitted with flexible seating for over 130 guests and will offer shows of all types. Plus, the library partnered with NASA and the National Science Foundation to bring space and constellations right up close to your face…
