The Mauldin Police Department will hold its third annual Lend-a-Paw event on Saturday, November 1, 2025. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hollywood Feed, 2200 Woodruff Rd., Unit 500, in Simpsonville. The goal is to collect dog food and pet supplies for Greenville County Animal Care (GCAC). Police officers will collect donations from the community and load them into police vehicles.
The event will also have dogs available for adoption from GCAC and Lucky Pup Rescue. Community members are asked to donate items such as dry cat food, kitty litter, fleece blankets, towels, large Kong toys, and canned pate-style pet food.
