SOUTH CAROLINA — A man has been charged following an incident involving a student at the Renaissance Academy in Anderson.
According to an incident report, the incident occurred around 11:23 a.m. on October 27, when 61-year-old Ulysses Gray allegedly threw a chair at an 11-year-old girl.
