ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office has charged a man after evidence shows he produced child sexual abuse material.
Officials said that Justin Lee Lucio, 36, was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor after an investigation began in June.
