Cold weather shelters open as temperatures drop

(WSPA) – With temperatures expected to dip to near or below freezing this week, cold weather shelters are opening their doors.

Temperatures are expected to dip below freezing on Monday and Tuesday, with highs in the 40’s across the Upstate. Lower temperatures and a chance of snow are projected for the mountains and higher elevation areas.
