ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Anderson County Coroner’s Office responded to a fatal car crash early Saturday.
Officials said they responded to an accident on I-85 South near mile marker 37 around 3 a.m. Responders arrived on scene to find four vehicles involved as well as 10 injured victims. One person was dead on scene, and the other nine patients were treated and transported to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital for their injuries.
