Anderson man charged with lottery fraud

ANDERSON, S.C. (WSPA) – The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has charged a man with lottery fraud.

20-year-old Ethan Barbare was arrested and charged with intent to defraud, counterfeit game tickets.

Barbare worked at a Stop-A-Minit store on North Main Street in Anderson. Officials said, on October 9, Barbare was seen taking tickets from the South Carolina Education Lottery ticket dispenser before cashing them in at the same store without paying for them…
