ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. — State agents say a now-former South Carolina convenience store worker has been arrested after a video reportedly showed the person cashing in on scratch-offs without buying them.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) said 19-year-old Tristan Blane Culberson was charged with intent to defraud through counterfeit game tickets on Nov. 14. The charge stems from incidents that allegedly occurred between Oct. 17 and 20 at Stop-A-Minit store #23 on Abbeville Highway in Anderson.
