CLEMSON, S.C. (WSPA) — A driver was shot at with a machine gun after honking his horn at a driver who cut him off in traffic.
On Wednesday around 11:45 a.m., a driver was traveling north on US 76 in Clemson, when a gray sedan cut him off. The driver honked his horn and the sedan pulled over in the median and stopped.
When the driver stopped at a traffic light on Old Stone Church Road, the sedan pulled in behind him and opened fire, according to Clemson police. The suspect then fled the scene.
Police said the victim was unharmed and was able to get the suspect’s tag number and car description before meeting with responding officers. The suspect was located and stopped 15 minutes later, on SC 187 near Interstate 85, by Anderson County deputies …
