GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Greenville County Council is moving forward with a plan for road repairs without raising taxes. However, this could change how much money will be given to schools and fire districts.
“As a county councilman, the emails, texts, phone calls I get are on roads and potholes, washed away,” said Rick Bradley, Vice Chair of Greenville County District 26.
