The South Carolina Department of Health (DPH) has identified three new cases of measles in Spartanburg County, leading to the quarantining of students at three public schools.
Among the new cases in the ongoing measles outbreak is a worker at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, according to a Nov. 21 DPH update.
This case “may have resulted in exposures to visitors on the days of Nov. 10 and Nov. 11, 2025, from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. each day,” the DPH update states…
