SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) said an infant was surrendered under Daniel’s Law in South Carolina.
Officials said a baby boy was born at Spartanburg Regional Health System on Wednesday and weighed five pounds, 15 ounces and was 18.31 inches long.
