The driver of a motorcycle died after being struck by a vehicle on Hwy. 101 at Taurus Drive just before 6pm on Saturday night, according to SC Highway Patrol (SCHP) Master Trooper Hannah Davidson.
According to Davidson, the driver of a 2011 Kawasaki motorcycle was traveling north on Hwy. 101 when they lost control and spilled the bike. The driver went into the southbound lane of travel and was struck by a 2015 Honda sedan, said Davidson.
