14 new measles cases confirmed in Spartanburg County

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – State officials have confirmed 14 new measles cases tied to the Upstate, with more possible exposures tied to Spartanburg County schools.

The South Carolina Department of Public Health reported on Tuesday 14 new cases of measles since its last update on Friday. The total number of cases in South Carolina related to the Upstate outbreak is now 76, with 79 total cases reported to DPH this year.
