GAFFNEY, S.C. (WSPA) – Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a deadly shooting at a Gaffney apartment complex.
According to the Gaffney Police Department, officers have arrested two 16-year-olds in connection with the death of 23-year-old Robert Victor Dillard, III, of Spartanburg.
