ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a woman who left her dogs trapped outside in a crate for days.
Animal Control investigators are searching for Kimberly King. King has two outstanding warrants for Animal Cruelty.
