GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – A Greenville playground has closed so crews can repair damage caused by Hurricane Helene.
According to the City of Greenville, Unit Park’s playground will be closed for two to three weeks while crews replace the synthetic turf system. The city said the turf was damaged after Hurricane Helene caused flooding and underground shifting.
