ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Volunteers will lay wreaths on veterans’ graves Saturday as part of Wreaths Across America, an annual tribute that honors veterans across the country.
About 4,100 wreaths arrived Thursday at M.J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery, which is one of more than 5,000 locations nationwide participating in the wreath-laying event.
