South Carolina’s measles outbreak is accelerating, and health officials say there’s no end in sight.

In Spartanburg County, 111 people have tested positive since late September, with 27 new cases reported in just five days.

More than 250 people are now in quarantine, and some unvaccinated students are stuck at home for a second 21-day stretch this school year. That’s 42 days out of the classroom…
