UPSTATE, S.C. (WSPA) — Temperatures have changed quickly from just a few days ago, but strong winds have been the bigger issue as they have knocked out power across parts of the Upstate.
According to Duke Energy’s Outage Map, power was knocked out across several parts of the Upstate Monday.
