ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — An Upstate boutique owner has been arrested in reference to a reported scam in Fairfield County.
On Dec. 26, the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a scam involving Thomas and Turner Boutique, located in Belton. An arrest warrant was issued for the boutique’s owner, Pamela Brooke Schronce, on New Year’s Eve.
