SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Residents at a small apartment community in Spartanburg say they have been living in unsanitary conditions due to a sewage leak from a septic tank, sending dirty water into the street and an overwhelming smell into their homes.
People who live at the Robert Smalls Apartments say the issue was ongoing for more than a week, and made living conditions unbearable.
