Duke Energy rolls out billing changes for S.C. customers

Greenville, S.C. — Starting this month, Duke Energy will move forward with changes to customer billing. Company leaders say these changes reflect investments that were made to recover from Hurricane Helene’s damages, strengthen the grid to combat storms and outages, maintain and upgrade power generating fleets, and serve an ever-growing customer base.

“That means investing in what matters, delivering results efficiently, and remain transparent about what customers are paying for and why,” said Tim Pearson, Duke Energy’s South Carolina president.
