GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who passed away on New Years Eve after a crash days before.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said a man was adjusting the chains on his tow truck to pull a vehicle out of a ditch on Dec. 26.
