SOUTH CAROLINA (WSPA) — The founder and CEO of an Anderson-based medical laboratory has agreed to a $6.8 million civil settlement with the United States after being accused of sending illegal payments to doctors.
The United States Department of Justice announced the settlement on Wednesday.
