GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Tenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office sentenced a woman on Thursday for shooting and killing her brother during an argument last year.
Initially charged with murder, Ly’Rique Lajada Grayson was sentenced to eight years after pleading guilty to the voluntary manslaughter of her brother, Deonte Marquez Luster.
According to evidence presented in court, Grayson shot her brother in the chest with an AR rifle on Jan. 25 after her brother initiated an argument with Grayson’s boyfriend. Luster was unarmed and died at the scene…
