BELTON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A fraud investigation into an Upstate boutique owner has now spread across four counties across the state.
Pamela Brooke Schronce is the owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique in Belton. She is accused of scamming multiple customers statewide.
Now, law enforcement agencies are asking for more victims who have made orders with the boutique and have not yet received items that they ordered or refunds or store credits to come forward.
