GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – What began as a response from one Greenville County deputy in 2023 ended in an adoption on Monday.
The sheriff’s office said that Deputy Bratcher met her daughter while on duty. After a long legal journey, Deputy Bratcher was finally able to finalize her adoption.
