CHESNEE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office reports a Chesnee man was charged with forgery and exploiting a vulnerable adult on Wednesday.
Officials said 55-year-old Floyd R. Blackley gained access to and obtained funds through false pretenses with the intent to cheat and defraud a person who lived at Magnolia Manor of Inman, an assisted living facility.
