3 businesses identified in potential exposures as measles outbreak surpasses 500 cases

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) said the total number of cases connected to the Upstate measles outbreak has surpassed 500 cases.

Officials said there are 124 new cases of measles since Tuesday which brings the total in the outbreak to 558.

Currently, officials are saying there are 531 people in quarantine and 85 in isolation. The latest end of quarantine for these is Feb. 16…
