Miracle Hill Ministries will keep its severe weather shelters open throughout the week of Jan. 19. The forecast shows a likelihood of snow and freezing rain along with low temperatures throughout the week.
For the winter, the faith-based nonprofit activates its severe weather shelters to offer people and families experiencing homelessness shelter from temperatures below 40 degrees, or temperatures below 43 with high chance of rain, slow, sleet or hail.
