Bon Secours Wellness Arena will undergo an estimated $282 million transformation over the next several years.
Extensive renovations are planned to enhance and expand the 28-year-old arena and surrounding campus at 650 N. Academy St. in downtown Greenville. These improvements were first outlined in a master plan unveiled to the public in April 2025.
Beth Paul, the arena’s general manager, gave a presentation on the project and its funding framework during Greenville County Council’s Committee of the Whole meeting on Jan. 20.
