Coastal Carolina students on alert as measles cases rise at Clemson, Anderson universities

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — As health officials confirm measles cases at Clemson University and additional cases at Anderson University, Coastal Carolina University students say they are staying alert, even though no local cases have been reported.

Students at CCU say news of the outbreaks has caught their attention.
