Colliers | South Carolina, alongside Pacolet Milliken and Hillwood Development, has announced that Building 500 at Tyger River Industrial Park has reached full occupancy. The multi-tenant facility is now home to Crown Lift Trucks, joining Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP).
In September 2024, KDP committed to ±203,000 square feet in the building as part of a $141 million expansion project (its second Spartanburg County location), which will create at least 84 new jobs. The facility will produce Keurig’s new biodegradable coffee pods, known as “K-Rounds.”…
