City of Greenville shares winter storm road update

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The City of Greenville announced that crews have been out since 2 a.m. Sunday monitoring road conditions during the winter storm.

Officials said that crews reported little to no traffic. Over 50 public works employees worked overnight using 4,050 pounds of ice melt and spread 30 truckloads, or 150 tons, of salt on the roads.
