ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Anderson woman is $30,000 richer after playing a holiday-themed scratch-off.
According to a release from the South Carolina Lottery, the woman bought the $2 ELF scratch-off from Swami Foods on Bleckley Street in Anderson.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes,” the winner told lottery officials when her ticket revealed the game’s $30,000 top prize.
She bought five of the scratch-offs and waited until the next day to scratch them, the release said…
