MARIETTA, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Slater-Marietta Fire Department responded to a structure fire early Thursday morning.
Crews were called around 5:30 a.m. to a structure fire at The Handee Mart at 3209 Geer Highway. Upon arrival, there was visible smoke from the outside.
Crews reported that the store had extensive fire, smoke and heat damage.
