Greenville and communities across Upstate South Carolina are buried in snow, and while progress is slow, roads are beginning to be cleared.

Major highways like I-85 have begun to be cleared of snow, but the National Weather Service and officials across the Upstate are warning people to remain cautious and travel only if necessary.
