Upstate South Carolina communities are digging out after inches of snow dropped on Saturday, Jan. 31, and others are dealing with power outages.
While not as widespread as the outages last weekend, Jan. 24-25, people in Greenville, Spartanburg, York, and Chester counties have lost power amid snow that blanketed communities that rarely see significant snowfall.
