Keowee-Toxaway River Basin has entered Stage 2 drought, experts say

PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Keowee-Toxaway River Basin is in Stage 2 of the Low Inflow Protocol, according to a release by the Keowee-Toxaway Drought Management Advisory Group.

The area entered Stage 2 of the Low Inflow Protocol Monday after months of dry weather with reduced rainfall, according to the release.
