Even as the owner of Comal 864 grew her brand last year, opening Escorpiόn, an agave spirits-focused concept, concentrating her taqueria-style restaurant into one location at 219 W. Antrim Drive in Greenville, and launching a catering arm, Everything but Weddings, she knew Comal’s evolution was not yet complete.
Now, Lee-Márquez is growing Comal 864 again. The restaurant will expand into the former nail salon space that sits next door to the Midtown restaurant this spring, adding nearly 2,000 square feet and doubling Comal’s footprint…
