(WACH) — Eleven defendants charged in a South Carolina State Grand Jury narcotics trafficking investigation have pleaded guilty, Attorney General Alan Wilson announced. Three people were directly connected to fentanyl-related overdose deaths.
The investigation, known as “Devil in Disguise,” focused on a drug trafficking organization tied to the distribution of fentanyl.
