GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Greenville City Council members met Thursday for their annual retreat to discuss the city’s growth and priorities for the coming year, with housing options and public safety topping the agenda.
The retreat, held at the GreenLink facility, focused in part on what officials call “missing middle” housing: smaller-scale developments that fall between single-family homes and large apartment complexes.
