SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office said it is investigating the death of a man deputies said was shot.
The coroner’s office said it was called to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center just after 5:55 a.m. on Sunday.
