SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A Spartanburg man was charged following an investigation into lottery fraud.
According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), John Wesley Lipscomb Jr., 57, was charged on Feb. 11 with two counts of intent to defraud and counterfeit game tickets.
SLED said the South Carolina Education Lottery requested the investigation.
