GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – Parker District Fire Department (PDFD) officials said Greenville’s recent growth and annexation plans could shrink the district’s service area and impact emergency response times.
Firefighters explained that properties that were once covered by PDFD stations are now shifting into the city’s jurisdiction, sometimes without a clear service agreement in place.
