GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged a Greenville man with lottery fraud on Monday.
Officials said that Zachary David Blackwell, 34, was charged with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets, and booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
According to arrest warrants, Blackwell unlawfully passed a stolen South Carolina Education Lottery scratch-off ticket at Spinx #127 located at 1460 Roper Mountain Road in Greenville on Feb. 3.
