Greenville Water receives $1.75M for downtown pump station project

Greenville Water has secured $1.75 million in Community Project Funding for its downtown pump station project, the water system announced Feb. 23.

The funding will help advance the major infrastructure project, which will improve system resiliency by allowing water to be pumped from either the Stovall or Adkins water treatment plants. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.
