CHEROKEE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina/Gray News) – A South Carolina boutique owner accused of scamming customers across the state has been arrested for the 11th time.
Pamela Brooke Schronce, the owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique in Belton, was arrested Monday and booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center, according to jail records.
Cherokee County Sheriff Steve Mueller said a victim filed a report on Dec. 10, 2025, claiming they ordered $360 worth of products from the boutique, but never received those items.
“The victim, just like all the others, tried repeatedly to get an answer from the suspect but eventually was blocked and they would not respond,” Mueller said. “So, investigators were able to secure an arrest warrant on Feb. 17, and we waited in line with all the other agencies to get her booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center.”…
